    TRENZSEATER is delighted to announce that for the 6th consecutive year, Kiwi Interior Designer Ben Lewis is a finalist in London, at the SBID International Design Awards for 2023 (Society of British International Design).

    The SBID International Design Awards has firmly established itself as one of the most prestigious interior design Awards in the global design calendar. This Award for design standards attracts entries from across the world, making it truly an honour and a sign of industry recognition that is second to none for the deserving winners.

    The awards recognise, reward and celebrate design excellence across a broad range of categories spanning Interior Design, Fit-Out and Product. Winning a SBID International Design Award is a high achievement – they are evaluated by leading industry experts for their technical content and aesthetic creativity while the design-conscious public also have a say in voting for the most inspiring projects.

    This is a remarkable achievement, not just to be short-listed, but to have been recognised year on year for the past 7 years at such a high international level. It is a testament to our passion for design and demonstrates our commitment to delivering interior design projects of exceptional quality in New Zealand.

    The International Design & Architecture Awards celebrate the excellence in the interior design and architecture industry on a global scale, recognized by leading designers and architects in the industry as the benchmark in global design.

    Hosted and featured in leading interior design magazine “design et al”, along with being published in their special hard cover book with all the shortlisted entries + winners these awards will receive exposure and recognition on a global scale that will be highly publicized. The International Design & Architecture Awards are held in September at the Grosvenor House Hotel, in London, where the sponsors will announce and award the winning entries with their trophies. As part of the judging process, like last year, the public has an opportunity to vote for their favourite entry, there were over 86000 votes last year, so we will be in touch closer the time when voting opens in August this year.

    Officially open to the general public since late February, the new space features international designer labels like Ralph Lauren and Desalto, alongside bespoke Trenzseater branded furniture made using New Zealand’s finest materials.     Access to this part of the showroom is from the rear carpark through the inwood goods entrance, there will be signage directing you to this location.
